Stevie Wonder: Of course, maybe nobody should get too worried about this. If she flakes and you have to next her, or you flake on her- it's like any other sale that didn't happen- salespeople have customers get very interested & then flake all the time.

DeepBlue: It's true that the "anti-flaking formula" does nothing to address the issue of ME flaking. I think the answer to that is that I have to be more discriminating about who I bother to get numbers from.
