As far as looks go, everybody can benefit from some sort of change.  For me it was shaving my head (already work out)  for some it is glasses, new clothes, etc.  The fact is that if you are reading this, you are not going to win sexiest man of the year - 'cause you are out fuckin - duh!  Just ask around and try stuff out. Get a tattoo, grow some chin pubes, whiten your teeth, enlarge your dick.  Y'all may not believe it, but those penis exercises work, and they work damn good.  Beg, steal, hack, or buy a copy and get to work. NOTHING will improve your confidence more that walking into a place knowing that you have a 9 inch dick. Your balls grow, too.....women actually LOOK at my crotch now because there is a whopping big ass bulge there. All you flamers just piss off, because this sh*t is for real. Trust me.

100%Alpha: go to the gym and workout, get yourself a good body, wear slim fitting, slim  shirts and tops, walk around feeling like you're the best looking baddest dude on the planet. Seriously, a lot of it could be your attitude, if you have the attitude and the mentality that you're a wolf, and not a sheep, people will begin to pick up on it.

Etherman: Others have mentioned working out.  That's good and not just for PU's. If you wear glasses get contacts if possible. If not, then get fashionable glasses. Your clothes are going to say a lot to a woman. Women are all about fashion so don't be afraid to spend a lot of money on clothes. When I got my new job I had to buy some good clothes for work. I'm now definitely the best dressed guy around. Since I do a lot of traveling I get to interact with a lot of different people (unfortunately, due to the nature of the job most of the females I meet are under 16). I do notice that I get checked out more, that the girls smile and flirt a lot more, and that women are nicer to me, than they've ever been my entire life. It's started to wear down the apathy and bitterness I've built up over the years.

You might also have to make the tough choice of distancing yourself from friends that drag you down. You don't have to cut them off at the knees, but avoid hanging with them at times you plan to sarge. I have 3 friends that I no longer take to bars and clubs because they scare off women (2 because of looks and 1 because of attitude).

Also learn to master body language. Check out the thread on Social Dominance. Some good stuff there. Eye contact is probably the most important thing (and it's not the same as staring). It's a very strong psychological force. Never be the first one to break eye contact. Never. Case in point, I used to work for a book store and we had this discount plan that we were supposed to hawk. I was terrible at selling it. One day this woman walks into the store and I launch into my spiel. She was looking directly into my eyes and I felt this strong urge to look away. But I didn't. It seemed like a full minute passed while neither of us would look away. Finally she did and then bought the membership. Along with eye contact is a smile. In the animals kingdom both are considered acts of aggression. This will establish dominance, which is ultimately what women want.

In summary you must display confidence, physical prowess, and wealth. If you can fake 'em you got it made.

Invincible69: Hey don't worry its not you looks that are writing nice guy all over you, its your attitude just saying that you think your looks show that your a nice guy, is a sign of an AFC. You should make your self feel like a PUA, and act like it, like wen you said that the lady asked for you to watch her purse you should of said something like "only if you could do a favor for me" in a jokingly way. Don't worry about it though, just don't worry about your looks at all and think of what you want to be like and pretend you are like that, and you eventually will be.
