subject: Paying For Dinner ....It's been a few months since I have looked on this site or my other materials so I really feel like I got shut down and basically left without saying anything .
I met this really hot girl and used some of the techniques to get her out with me. We were gonna go to lunch and then see that new borat movie (funny as hell by the way). Anyway, while we're eating her best friend shows up. So then one of my buddies shows up. So now the situation is still cool but shifting into friend territory, so I didn't even think about paying for her meal or anything (herein lies my mistake). On the way out of the restaurant she told one of our mutual friends that she couldn't believe I would invite her out and not pay. He told me, so I got pissed off and didn't pay for the movie either (I paid for some beer later but it didn't really matter). Don't get me wrong we had a great time all day, but when we got back to her place things weren't so cool and she goes into to the whole "I'm not ready for a relationship". It's been a few months since I have looked on this site or my other materials so I really feel like I got shut down and basically left without saying anything (p.s. my friend hooked up with her friend that night to make matters worse lol). But the chick has a thing for me if I had just done and said the right things. Didn't call her for a few days.
The QUESTION: Is there a recovery for this one? I was a little too much of a jerk but could I turn this around and do as I've been taught here? Or you think this is just a gold digger? Any help would be much appreciated.
