Intimidated from a *VERY* experienced girl?

SO, let's say I bring this girl home. What should I do? Still be the alpha male (cocky/ relaxed), and tell her what to do. Or do I let her have control? I thought about just bring her here, tell her to dance for me (that way I still am TELLING her what do), strip, do whatever else...HMM.
Have sex, and just see what how she is, how she responds, and she can just tell me what she wants. I'm just very unsure if I could please her, or not. I prefer to be the cocky guy in control (like your suppose to be), but in this situation I don't see me having control for to long LOL.
