Probably because you think to much, or because you are too much focused in yourself or paying attention to your fears instead of really paying attention to their reactions.

So what you have to do is to step ahead no matter you don't see any IOI. Once you feel comfortable talking to a chick and you feel she is comfortable there with you, increase you sexual state.This is fucking important. You can wait for her to reciprocate and show some IOI, but if you don't see any and you don't feel like she is getting horny, anyway escalate.

BTW at any moment not too late into the conversation you should set the right context of the interaction. Any SOI works find. A simple "hey you look sexy" might work.

In any case, read again GWM» and commit yourself to follow it to the end, until you make the ho say no. Come back for some more advice once you are applying for real. I mean, at least after you have made some hoes say no!.
