College Pick Up Game Plan

I'm having a hard time getting myself to pick up on my campus. I have major approach anxiety. I'm trying to go for the most direct approaches so as to spend as little time talking to them. I just discovered I have social anxiety disorder and have been on anti-anxiety stuff for a week now. It seems like it's working, but hasn't really helped with the approach anxiety. Also, I'm facing a bit of information overload here and I was wondering if any of you guys could help put together a game plan for me to pick up on campus and get over my anxiety. I feel like I'm reading way too much on mASF and need to just stick to one plan. Thanks.

I used to walk around the student union/cafeteria at lunch time and look for a girl who was sitting by herself. Ask "Is anyone sitting here?" and then sit down and say "So what's up?" and introduce yourself. Ask her what she's reading, what class she has next... Just have a normal conversation, then if you think she is cool, get her number.

try just saying 'hi' to girls on your way to and from class. Don't stop to talk to them unless they kinda stop/slow down to talk to you. If they do, say 'how's it going?' or something as if they are a friend you haven't seen in a month. Just being cool and confident with a big smile goes a long way.

Or a cool one posted in begginers I think about "late professors". Or anything, but you are supposed to be social and meet all those people.

Dont be low energy or rapport based. Also, some people are VERY clique-y so keep that in mind. Have as much fun as possible and girls will chase you.

Outside of the bars are even easier. Just walk up and say "Hi!" or sit down with some girls and say "Hey can i sit with you? I hate sitting alone". Done. Daygame in college couldnt get easier.

Also, I would recommend social proofing yourself if you are at a bigger school. Make a bunch of friends in different groups, keep in contact with a ton of people so when you go out you will always know people and you will be able to meet women WAY easier from your established social circle.

But if you really picked up like 200 girls in the college, you were probably rejected many times. What did you do when you bumped into those girls again? What happened when you bumped into them just when you were picking up another girl?

Indeed, this was before I knew what to do after opening, so 90% of the interactions ended with us facebooking each other, and that would be as far as it got.. I ended up having a zillion girl friends on facebook. 9% of the time I got totally blown out, and of the 1% that went anywhere, I only got one f-close out of it. After learning what I could from a few naturals, and finding the community, my closing rate has improved considerably

If I ran into them again, I would be friendly, and if it was during another pickup, I would smile, introduce one girl to another as "oh, this is my friend Jennifer", or just a "hey " and then keep going. This happens fairly often, and it hasn't done anything besides socially proofing you to both of them.

I understand about your anxiety I've been there myself but don't get too worked up. Have low expectations for a little while. Don't think of every chick you meet in college as "I'VE GOTTA FUCK HER". It's your freshmen year (and there's no better time to have discovered mASF) : ) enjoy it. Focus on just meeting girls, seeing where they're from, what they're about, what they do for fun, what color they like etc. Later on you can start incorporating mASF theory into practice. Plus you're working on your natural game and social skills.
