The wise old Vince Runza chimes in with a short and sweet post on something that I think is very important, especially if you're stuck in a rut.

Make something of your life. Any and all seduction advice needs to be taken in a context. If you don't have anything going for you, do something. Get up and go out and do something. If you're stuck for something to do, make it adventurous:

Jump out of a perfectly good airplane (wearing a parachute), take dance lessons (ballroom, Latin, even disco), buy a motorcycle (even if it just sits in your garage), join a volunteer Fire Department (this presumes you're in shape to fight fires), rent a table at a flea market and peddle something (like women's costume jewelry), and so on.

If you're stuck in a rut, it's up to you to see that the rut is from truck tires - and there's a big one headed right at you.

I think this definitely brings up an important point...

I know that it's very easy to get stuck in a social rut. So many times, so many of us are stuck in our own heads that we lose any inertia we may have when it comes to meeting women.

Everyone goes through this at one time or annother. We get lazy, or busy, or whatever. Sometimes it takes change to get us going again. A type of social "jumpstart."

One thing I personally do is rearrange the furnature in my appartment, change my surroundings a bit. This makes me feel like something is changing in my life, and that makes it easier for me to change other things. The simple act of going out and interacting with other people can help as well. I'm not talking about Pick-Up here, more like just having fun and participating in some type of social interaction.
