In the Bristol Lair we've found EFT very successful in removing minor emotional blocks on approaching and other aspects of relating to women. This is mostly thanks to the work of Trancer, who works as a hypnotherapist.
The idea is that over the years we have developed various negative beliefs. Maybe these were installed after one interaction with a socially inept female, or maybe they were drilled into us by our parents or schoolfriends. Wherever they came from, they can usually be removed in just a few minutes with EFT.
Here are some example beliefs that can cause anxiety, you may have a few of your own:
She won't fancy me
She's with her friends
She has a boyfriend
The bouncers will throw me out
I'll look like a fool
I can't handle rejection
I'll get very nervous
I might succeed and have to deal with sex
From reading mASF you should know that these are demonstrably untrue or irrelevant. But even if you know that on a conscious level, they still may cause anxiety or nervousness. This is where EFT comes in.
You should become aware of what your particular sticking points are. In general they can be removed with a couple of EFT sessions, but you may find they return after a few weeks or months. That means there is another belief that is causing them to return, so work out what that is and use EFT on that as well. They will also return if you don't conquer the beliefs in the field as well, and provide yourself with experience that they are false.
Practice EFT on your own or with your wings before you go out. Even better, do some approaches, and then do some EFT in a quiet area of a bar and go right back out into the field to see if it has helped.
