Ways to Use Your Body Language To Pickup

This is a hard one, because describing non-verbal behavior with words is like trying to describe how to play a song.

Anyway, most of your communication is not the words you use, or even the tone. It's your 'body language.' If you get your body language together, the rest becomes secondary.

Three reasons to improve your body language

1. …words are only 7 percent of your communication.

The rest is your voice tonality (38 percent) and your body language at 55 percent. That’s according to research done by Albert Mehrabian.

2. Better first impressions

Everyone stereotypes everyone on first impression, even if we are reluctant to do it. We all get a first impression of a new person that creates a mental image of his or her personality in our minds. That image of you often lasts. Having a better body language will consistently give people a more positive mental snapshot of you.

3. Increase your attractiveness

It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. A better posture, a more open body language, a more controlled and focused body language will make everyone more attractive.

So, improving your body language can make a big difference in your Game. Here are just a few tips on how to improve your body language.

1. Sitting - take up as much room as possible.

Taking up space by for example sitting or standing with your legs apart a bit signals self-confidence and that you are comfortable in your own skin.

2. Don't look at a woman when she is far away

that takes no courage - all the losers do that. Instead, get real close and then look at her seductively - only PUA do that. Then sarge away.

3. Relax your shoulders.

When you feel tense it’s easily winds up as tension in your shoulders. They might move up and forward a bit. Try to relax. Try to loosen up by shaking the shoulders a bit and move them back slightly.

4. Don’t stand too close.

5. Slow down a bit.

Walking slower not only makes you seem more calm and confident, it will also make you feel less stressed. If someone addresses you, don’t snap you’re neck in their direction, turn it a bit more slowly instead.

6. Don’t slouch, sit up straight

7. Smile and laugh

8. Don’t touch your face
